Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Once an order has been placed on proarte, and the payment has been received we will ship the selected products to the address mentioned by you in the checkout page.
  2. Please ensure that the correct address details have been mentioned when you register/checkout as we will not be liable for any delivery issues if the address that you have mentioned is incorrect or unattended to.
  3. In general shipment of the purchased products will take between 5 to 8 business days.
  4. We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  5. We will send you an email confirmation when we have been notified that the products have been delivered to the addressed mentioned in the order form.
  6. Shipping charges: we have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
    • India shipping charges - a flat Rs.100 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.1000, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.1000.
