Cash on Delivery is an option if you don't want to make an online payment. Before the order is handed over to you, you must make your payment in cash upon the final delivery of your order. The payment must be made entirely in cash. Cash on delivery is only available up to a maximum of Rs.4,999. Only Indian Rupees are accepted as payment.

No, there aren't any hidden fees. All quoted prices include all applicable taxes. (Delivery Charges of Rs 100 will be charged on below order of Rs 1000/-).

In the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment/transit or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return within 48 hours of receiving the order

In general shipment of the purchased products will take between 5 to 8 business days.

 We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Proarte beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons as per the Policy.

Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, Proarte will not consider the product for return or replacement in the following cases :

1) Buyer’s remorse includes a change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.

2) Product has already been installed or is in use, and works as per its specification certified by the brand.

3) Product has been tampered with or has a missing serial number/IMEI number.

4) Product has been relocated from the primary delivery address registered for installation/demonstration by the customer.

5) The applicable refund window has been exhausted, and the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

6) Product is a gift.

However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment/transit or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return within 48 hours of receiving the order:

Don't be concerned. Simply go to the login page, click the 'Forgot your password?' link, and enter your account email address in the supplied field. We'll send a new password to your email address once you've clicked the 'Next' button. 

You can re-submit your order with a different card if your credit or debit card has been declined. Please contact your card issuer for further information on why your card was declined.  

Yes, as long as the address is within India, you can have your order delivered to your workplace, home, local, or anyplace else. (Address cannot be changed after placing an order).

When your product gets dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS and e-mail on your registered mobile number. (Track using ‘track my order’ tab).

To apply a coupon code or discount to your order, type the code into the coupon code form beneath your order. This is a box on the final order review screen before clicking the 'Proceed to Payment' button that must be checked before hitting the 'Apply' button.
